اٹک شہر میں تجاوزات کی بھرمار فٹ پاتھوں پر چھابڑی والوں، ہوٹل
والوں اور الیکٹرانکس والوں نے مکمل قبضہ جما لیا ٹی ایم اے کا عملہ سو
گیا شہر تجاوزات مافیا کے حوالے تفصیلات کے مطابق مین بازار ، مینا بازار،
مدنی روڈ، حمام روڈ،پر عارضی اور
پختہ تجاوزات کی بھرمار ہے تجاوزات کی
وجہ سے شہریوں کا چلنا بھی محال ہو گیا ہے شہر میں فٹ پاتھ نام کی کوئی
چیز نہیں ہے تحصیل ناظم کے اٹک کو پیرس بنانے کے دعوے دھرے کے دھرے رہ گئے
تحصیل انتظامیہ اپنے روایتی انداز میں بھتہ خوری میں مصروف ہے تجاوزات
انسپکٹر سارادن بازاروں میں غریب لوگوں کو تنگ کرتا ہے مگر بڑے مگرمچھوں
کے قریب بھی نہیں بھٹکتا تمام صورتحال متعدد مرتبہ تحصیل آفیسر (ریگولیشن)
کے علم میں بھی لائی گئی لیکن وہ بھی ٹس سے مس نہ ہوئے تحصیل انتظامیہ اٹک
نے کئی مرتبہ ناجائز تجاوزات کو ختم کرنے کے اعلانات کیے لیکن باوجوہ
خاموشی اختیار کر لی درجنوں شہریوں نے تحصیل انتظامیہ کے ناروا سلوک کے
خلاف شہر میں احتجاج کیا اور کہاکہ مسلم لیگ(ن) اور پیپلز پارٹی کے منتخب
ہونے والے اراکین اسمبلی اپنے لوگوں کی ووٹوں سے منتخب نہیں ہوئے بلکہ عام
لوگوں نہ بھی انہیں ووٹ دئیے ہیں تبھی وہ کامیابی حاصل کر سکے ہیں شہریوں
نے کہا کہ اگر تحصیل انتظامیہ سے متعلق ہمارے مسائل جن میں تجاوزات کا
خاتمہ شہر میں گندگی کے ڈھیروں کی بڑھتی ہوئی تعداد پینے کے صاف پانی کی
عدم دستیابی ، سٹریٹ لائٹس کا نہ ہونا شامل ہیں حل نہ کئے گئے تو پھر ہم
اپنے معاملے کو عدالتوں اور دیگر فورموں پر اٹھائیں گے

Previously Nawaz sharif time a campaign was initiated and most encroachments were removed or demolished, but after that MAFIA again has occupied public foot-paths, baladiya land, even main road sides are occupied by khawanchay-wala, thailewala and raidhewala. we all know who is responsible for all these encroachments, who is Mafia and whos is suporting them. Why Baladiya Attock cant stand strong and remove all illegal occupants. Meena bazar and adjacent streets are horribly occupied by the shopkeepers and no one souds against all that. Where is Nazim District. Why did we elected him. Where is parlimentarians, no one has conscious. Just take VOTE and then put deaf ear to public problems. There is one Qabza man occupying corner of Gora Qabrastan, under the water tank and Cantonment land. KABADIYA. Storing whle Distt, waste under water tank and more doing irrigation on Cantonment land. Is Cantonment authoreties and Attock Muncipality is sleeping or this Kabadiya hands are very long and MAFIA behind him is very strong. Where is army, to whom land belongs and where Attock Baladiya!!!!. all sleeping. Who will get this all vacated and remover tajawazat and when. When Bhata Khoree will stop. When honesty will prevail in this country, ever or never????? |
