Pakistan'Pakistan's ex-Prime Minister and Chairperson of PPP Ms Benazir Bhutto. [File Photo]s ex-Prime Minister and Chairperson of PPP Ms Benazir Bhutto has said that "government efforts to suppress the movement of the opposition if continued, would drive the situation out of its control".

In a telephonic interview with American television, Chairperson of Pakistan Peoples Party said; "the government have still time to take political steps and be prepare for political compromises".

Ms Benazir Bhutto said she doesn’t recognize ban on her home coming and will return to Pakistan this year.

“I wanted to return home before elections but now in view of the situation in Pakistan, probably I can return home sooner”, she remarked.

The PPP Chairperson said; "because of people’s extreme reaction she couldn’t say anything about holding talks with President Musharraf".

She believes that the President should engage all political parties in the dialogue.
