All over the world in advance countries such offices exist in crowded marketing areas and any consumer having problem of cheating such as under quality, undeweight, spoilt, perish or expired food stuff, medicines, below qairat golden ornaments, fake diamonds etc. report their problems to such offices. All such offices are controlled by Baladiya of the area and their representatives have authorety to remove the license of the shop and order closeure of shop at once and shop-keeper to report in their office at once. There is no time limit of an hour or a day but at once. so the shopkeeper closes his shop at once and report to their office and there if they found him guilty, shop will remain close and case will be referred to Baladiya and then to court and there is no bribery system like my country and 100% shop-keeper will be punished. so I dont know wat sort of idea you have for establishing such office, plewase elaborate further, so that I may advise you on this matter. |
