HAZRO: Hazro Police have foiled an attempt to smuggle wheat from Punjab to NWFP and arrested two truck drivers here. According to Police, two trucks were signaled to stop on Motorway Check Post at Haroonabad. The search revealed that the truck drivers were trying to smuggle 770 wheat bags from Punjab to NWFP which were taken into custody, and trucks were also impounded. A case has been registered against trucks drivers. It is pertinent to mention here that Hazro Police have seized dozens of trucks allegedly involved in smuggling during the month of June
