smuggled wheat and arrested 11 culprits. Check post Haroon Burhan Motorway District Attock recovered 200 sacks per 100 kg loaded on truck bearing No LRD-1055 and arrested accused Saeed Akhtar; 450 sacks per 50 kg by Naeem Khan and 225 sacks/100 kg from Abdul Rehman, Imtiaz and Ahsan Raza. A truck carrying a total of 375 sacks/50 kg Peshawar-bound was impounded and Seraj Gul arrested and another 60 sacks/20kg of Ruh-ul-Amin; 30 sacks per 100 kg from Shahdat Khan and 35 sacks per 20/kg from Aral Khan. Meanwhile, check post Kot Sabzal Rahimyar Khan seized 334 sacks per 50 kg from accused Munir Ahmed and check post Mullan Mansoor Attock seized 62 sacks per 20 kg from accused Shafiq Ahmad. DIG Mian Muhammad Asif has issued instructions to make checking more effective.
