As per the instructions of the Supreme Court, the interior ministry has dispatched a list of 10 missing people to the offices of district police officers (DPOs) in all four provinces in the country, including one man from Sindh. The missing people Masud Ahmed Janjuka from Punjab (kidnapped in Peshawar); Hafiz Abdul Basit from Punjab (kidnapped in Faisalabad in January 2007); Muhammad Altaf Electrician from Punjab (kidnapped in Attock on Oct 13, 2003); Muhammad Ibrahim from Sindh (missing from Karachi since July 12, 2006), and Atique-ur-rehman from NWFP (missing from Abbottabad since the day when his wedding was due on July 25, 2006). Gul Muhammad disappeared from Quetta on September 8, 2005
