Request of Bar, lawyers, human right groups, journalists, students and general public to political parties for bye cot of election was based on facts and there is no doubt that new parliament will strengthen fascist rule and help him to legitimize fraud presidential elections and other illegal actions.

It was duty of politicians to listen to advice of all those groups who are agitating since long for the establishment of rule of law. In this context land mark role of Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammed Ch: and other justices of Supreme courts and high courts to scarify for the cause of supremacy of rule of law and integrity of bench and bar has made them conqueror of the hearts and minds of entire nation.

Now when last hope of the peoples has died, political parties ruthlessly rejected all requests made by persons who lead them to reach and acquire present status. (a few months back all leading politicians either joined fascist camp or were busy in begging for their return).

Currently only two leading parties like JI and PTI have been left alone to raise flag of restoration of judges and rule of law. Question is whether decision of both parties is worth taking stand?

There is no question that current presidential elections will be considered as legitimate and appointment of fake judges will ever have any credibility in the eyes of public. Time is best judge and how historian will write mockery of Mush is well written on the wall.

Bye cot was the true answer to slap on the face of thugs, street agitation and protests were shaking base of dictator but unfortunately politicians have their own agenda.

Breakage of MMA:

Fazal ur Rahman is right that breakage of MMA by not contesting elections will benefit to crusaders.

There is no doubt that all benefits of existence of MMA were swept by fascist dictator. 17^th amendment, cause of posing danger of Islamists to west and in return strengthening dictatorship, MMA kept mum over human rights violations, abductions and vulgar revolution. It neither did any service to block crusaders nor social awareness of Islamic values.

It is white elephant, but for vulgarism it still has some meaning. By leaving open space for criminals who opted to vote to uniform, will let them re-enter the system again.

Doctrine of Benazir:

Benazir is a paid agent of crusaders, her every statement and speech tells that her audience are not citizens of Pakistan. Her many statements are so painful that even some old leaders of PPP left party openly. She has been sent to take control of Pak Army; crusaders facilitate her by sending Gen Ashfaq Pervez Kiyani to Dubai for interview, later he was confirmed and approved by Washington.

Prime Minister Gordon Brown also confirmed backing of US and UK, her acknowledgment of relations with Zionists, nonsense against Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan and refusal to join hands in restoration of Justices is clear cut indication of her future goals against Pakistan. It is also well known that appointment of present Sindhi “fraud Chief Justice” is being carried out on her recommendations, and at least three more sectarian appointments at Supreme Courts has her backing.

Mian Nawaz Shariff: Qazi Sahab tried to hi jack PML (N), it is nonsense to by cot elections if neo-cons agent (Benazir) is contesting election. Such move of JI is directly helping neo-imperialists to occupy seats in parliament. There is no doubt that Mush appointed system is entirely corrupt, but Mush want to take advantage to prolong his rule through hand picked politicians, it is necessary to block them in present circumstances. Benazir cleverly kept busy Mian Nawaz in negotiations; it was well known that she is power hungry, corrupt and needs establishment to hide her weaknesses.

Participation of PML (N) is essential to block political orphans and Gujrat mafia, bloody group which is equally responsible in crimes of Mush.

PTI and Imran Khan:

There are some Pakistanis which are sacred in the eyes of public. Like Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan, Imran Khan is a hero of nation. He speaks for oppressed peoples, keeps pain of rule of law and faced bravely barbarism of security agencies. Existence of Imran Khan in any parliament will at least satisfy oppressed and victimized peoples that there is one person who can talk for them.

Benazir has very old enmity with Imran Khan, so called Harvard educated “Benazir” has feudal mentality, she likes slaves around her like Latif Khosa, Jahangir Badar or Nahid Khan Type sycophants. Entry of Imran Khan was from first day created panic among slaves of feudal. PPP is among top critics of Imaran Khan after MQM.

Imran Khan must accept offer of Mian Nawaz to contest election, moreover he is the only candidate which can block notorious insane “Sher Afgan Niazi” from Mianwali.

PTI and JI must think patiently, it will not against the cause of broad movement of restoration of rule of law. Bench and bar both are non-political groups, they need political support, and they have faced courageously brutalities of security agencies and keep dragging movement in spite of harsh circumstances.

Moreover majority of lawyers and judges belong to middle or lower class, none among them is feudal or industrialist. From first day since movement of restoration of justice has been started it was hoped that politicians will come forward to take over movement. But dirty role of Bebazir has left no chance for others to participate in elections.

Don’t take any step which could further strengthen fascist gang consists of Gujrat Mafia, terrorists of MQM, feudal, sectarian gangs and Fauji Political Party.

Peoples are watching each and every turn and maneuvers of Lawyers, Judges, journalists, political workers, students and general public for the restoration of rule of law, fight against fascism and protest against role of Min of interior and army agencies.

Victimized judges and lawyers are right to appeal to bye cot elections, but it is worth to participate in elections to block fascist rule, send home political orphans and 5000 currency hungry army officers on civilian posts.

Remember decision of JI and PTI will leave long lasting impact on future of both parties, by remaining out of political scene and in the presence of fraud Supreme Courts and thug judges, it will be very easy for ISI to include both parties in missing persons.

Now movement of restoration will never stop, it is not in the hands of greedy and hungry politicians but each and every member of this movement is volunteer and devoted for the sake of Pakistan.
