End of pusillanimous fascist is very near, soon he will be laid on firewood, be ready to torch his dead body and search a good place to throw his ashes. Admonitory fate is written on wall, it is not different from destiny of historical barbaric rulers of their times like Pharos, Hitler and so many others who died laden with bundle of hate and heap of crimes in their fold.

Why Mush is a criminal?

1. He broke his oath and destroyed constitution of Pakistan and according to Article 6 (1) of the Constitution “any person who abrogates, or attempts to or conspires to abrogate, subverts or attempts or conspires to subvert the Constitution by use of force or show of force or by other unconstitutional means would be guilty of high treason”. So too would “any person aiding or abetting the acts mentioned in clause (1) shall likewise be guilty of high treason” (Article 6 (2) of the Constitution).

1. Messenger of Allah said: When oath of allegiance has been taken for two caliphs, kill the one for whom the oath was taken later. (Book 20, Number 4568: Sahih Muslim)

Why Mush may not be tried in involvement of crimes like "Genocide" and “Massacre” ?

It is defined in international law as under:

Article II:  In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

Killing members of the group;
Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

Article III:  The following acts shall be punishable:

Genocide;
Conspiracy to commit genocide;
Direct and public incitement to commit genocide;
Attempt to commit genocide;
Complicity in genocide.

Mush could also be tried in other heinous crimes like involvement in torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment type acts.

Article 55, to promote universal respect for, and observance of, human rights and fundamental freedoms, Having regard to article 5 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and article 7 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights,

1. No exceptional circumstances whatsoever, whether a state of war or a threat of war, internal political in stability or any other public emergency, may be invoked as a justification of torture.
2. Each State Party shall ensure that all acts of torture are offences under its criminal law

Crimes of Mush under Cairo Declaration on Human Rights in Islam, Aug. 5, 1990. Being a signatory it is obligation of Govt. of Pakistan to follow such laws, by abiding such laws Mush is committing crime.

ARTICLE 2:

1. Life is a God-given gift and the right to life is guaranteed to every human being. It is the duty of individuals, societies and states to safeguard this right against any violation, and it is prohibited to take away life except for a shari'ah prescribed reason.
2. It is forbidden to resort to any means which could result in the genocidal annihilation of mankind.
3. The preservation of human life throughout the term of time willed by Allah is a duty prescribed by Shari'ah.
4. Safety from bodily harm is a guaranteed right. It is the duty of the state to safeguard it, and it is prohibited to breach it without a Shari'ah-prescribed reason.

ARTICLE 3:

1. In the event of the use of force and in case of armed conflict, it is not permissible to kill non-belligerents such as old men, women and children. The wounded and the sick shall have the right to medical treatment; and prisoners of war shall have the right to be fed, sheltered and clothed. It is prohibited to mutilate or dismember dead bodies. It is required to exchange prisoners of war and to arrange visits or reunions of families separated by circumstances of war.
2. It is prohibited to cut down trees, to destroy crops or livestock, to destroy the enemy's civilian buildings and installations by shelling, blasting or any other means.

ARTICLE 9 (b):

• Every human being has a right to receive both religious and worldly education from the various institutions of teaching, education and guidance, including the family, the school, the university, the media, etc., and in such an integrated and balanced manner that would develop human personality, strengthen man's faith in Allah and promote man's respect to and defence of both rights and obligations

ARTICLE 11(b):

• Colonialism of all types being one of the most evil forms of enslavement is totally prohibited. Peoples suffering from colonialism have the full right to freedom and self-determination. It is the duty of all States peoples to support the struggle of colonized peoples for the liquidation of all forms of and occupation, and all States and peoples have the right to preserve their independent identity and control over their wealth and natural resources.

ARTICLE 12: Every man shall have the right, within the framework of the Shari'ah, to free movement and to select his place of residence whether within or outside his country and if persecuted, is entitled to seek asylum in another country. The country of refuge shall be obliged to provide protection to the asylum-seeker until his safety has been attained, unless asylum is motivated by committing an act regarded by the Shari'ah as a crime.

ARTICLE 20: It is not permitted without legitimate reason to arrest an individual, or restrict his freedom, to exile or to punish him. It is not permitted to subject him to physical or psychological torture or to any form of maltreatment, cruelty or indignity. Nor is it permitted to subject an individual to medical or scientific experiments without his consent or at the risk of his health or of his life. Nor is it permitted to promulgate emergency laws that would provide executive authority for such actions.

ARTICLE 25: The Islamic Shari'ah is the only source of reference for the explanation or clarification of any of the articles of this Declaration

Crimes of Mush are on record, major crimes involves state terrorism, genocide, massacre, abductions, target and extra judicial killings, imprisonment and so many other crimes which are punishable in any court of law. But for the sake of judgment, whether he is a good person, citizen or so called Muslim or may have any ethical abilities to claim to be head of a Muslim state, following exercise will let you confirm that he is not a civilized person from any angle:

Hypocrite, liar, treacherous and impudent
The Prophet said, "Whoever has (the following) four characters will be a hypocrite, and whoever has one of the following four characteristics will have one characteristic of hypocrisy until he gives it up. These are:

(1) Whenever he talks, he tells a lie;

(2) Whenever he makes a promise, he breaks it;

(3) Whenever he makes a covenant he proves treacherous;

(4) And whenever he quarrels, he behaves impudently in an evil insulting manner." (See Hadith No. 33 Vol. 1)

Impostor and servant of Taghut(satanic forces):

Have you seen those (hypocrites) who claim that they believe in that which has been sent down to you, and that which was sent down before you, and they wish to go for judgment (in their disputes) to the Tâghût (false judges, etc.) while they have been ordered to reject them. But Shaitân (Satan) wishes to lead them far astray. (An-Nisa: 60)

Taghut clearly signifies here a sovereign who judges things according to criteria other than the law of God. It also stands for a legal and judicial system which acknowledges neither the sovereignty of God nor the paramount authority of the Book of God. This verse categorically proclaims that to refer disputes to the judgment of a court of law which is essentially taghut contravenes the dictates of a believer's faith. In fact, true faith in God and His Book necessarily requires that a man should refuse to recognize the legitimacy of such courts. According to the Qur'an, belief in God necessitates repudiation of the authority of taghut. To try to submit both to God and to taghut at the same time is hypocrisy.

Oppression:

Said, "A Muslim is a brother of another Muslim, so he should not oppress him, nor should he hand him over to an oppressor. Whoever fulfilled the needs of his brother, Allah will fulfill his needs; whoever brought his (Muslim) brother out of a discomfort, Allah will bring him out of the discomforts of the Day of Resurrection, and whoever screened a Muslim, Allah will screen him on the Day of Resurrection. "(Volume 3, Book 43, Number 639)

Mush is using other Govt. servants to obey his illegal orders, Government servants must refuse to obey his illegal orders:

Government servants and other peoples who are obeying orders which are sin is a crime and those should not follow the orders
“Whether they like it or not, it is obligatory on the faithful to listen and to obey their rulers except when they be ordered to commit a sin. If they are ordered so, they should neither listen nor obey.” (Muslim: No. 1839)

Pakistan is in complete grip of anarchy and its citizens are under oppression:

1. Constitution of Pakistan is in abeyance, Chief Justice and other judges of Supreme Courts are under confinement, other judges of high courts and lawyers whether those have been sent to prison or under continuous threat, as those refused to take oath under self made rule named as PCO.
2. Leading members of almost all Bar councils, lawyers through out country have been arrested.
3. Principal members of Human rights and civil society are under arrest in a large number.
4. Thousand of political workers and leaders of opposition have been imprisoned, some have been charged with treason charges or under anti-terrorist act.
5. Hundred of students of universities and colleges have been brutally beaten by police or taken under custody.
6. Northern areas of country including Frontier province, Baluchistan Province and other Federal administered areas are under complete grip of anarchy, where thousand of peoples have been taken refuge in other areas. Army is using sophisticated weapons, heavy artillery, gunship helicopters and jets to kill innocent peoples including women and children and destroying their properties.
7. Almost all major channels have been forced to shut down and journalists and media is under severe threat, even foreign channels like BBC and CNN have been blocked. Many foreign journalists have been deported.
8. Police and Army in plane clothes are viciously beating protesters, humiliating women and school children.

Mush has lost his wisdom and under grip of severe depression:

Every body knows that he is not a normal person, when he agreed to nine point agenda of neo-cons, called War on Terror, so every diplomat around the world laughed and evaluate his IQ level and wisdom. Bureaucrats in US administration were surprised on his decision. Continuous flow of dollars kept him in a position that he has been doing what ever he wanted, procured politicians, judiciary, generals and bureaucrats. Fake elections, bogus parliament and nepotism took at least five years to expose his real mental capabilities. Year 2007 uncovered his evil minded personality, merciless and impertinent attitude.

Fundamental weaknesses in his personality include impishness, dissimulation and knavishness. No body believes him, he dare to tell a lie in courts.

Why Mush is American darling:

Dick Chaney and associates have mentality like a war lord of Afghanistan or sectarian Mullah of Iraq has. Neo-cons need war lords around the world; they taught lessons of unilateralism, pre-emptive attacks and to ruin human rights and civil liberties of entire world including their own citizens. They need crusaders around the globe, Mush was fortunate enough who got him hired, and later became major player and leading War Lord of the area. He has power to dictate Saudi King to lock up Nawaz Shariff at Jeddah, forced rulers of Abu Dhabi to shut down leading media channels, kick out western journalists, refused to abide international laws of human rights and in front of satellites beat cruelly citizens and use force against civilians.

All such “Lords of war on terror” kept peoples harassed on the name of security; they create a powerful enemy to justify their brutalities. Cruelty and barbarianism of Mush and his gang is most attracted part, which Bush administration is appreciating since last six years.    

United States must get rid of their created War lord;

Now Mush has gained lot of energy to challenge every body, break any rule of law, kill any one and refuse to accept any international laws. The time has come and he needs a kick along with his notorious criminal gang. It is surprised that John Negroponte is dealing with him like a human being; United States must remember they need another Richard Armitage type body builder, who better deal with such dictators. His mental stage is reached to a level that he can use nuclear arsenal against any one.

Moment has come to kick mush out.
