A delegation of Pakistani observers ‘Citizen Group’ held meetings with district nazim Attock and election candidates, Geo TV reported.

A former minister Amin Aslam and other candidates presented their evidences of the district nazim’s alleged interference in the electoral process.

The candidates told that the district nazim has removed the election hoardings and banners in support of his brother in law Pervaiz Elahi, daughter Eman and his son in law before arrival of the observers in Attock. They also presented proofs to back their claims.

District Nazim Tahir Sadiq later talking to the media said his supporters had mounted election banners and hoardings with his pictures in the town, however he has ordered removal of these banners and hoardings.
