Musharraf's rule to end after February, says Nawaz
ATTOCK: Mian Nawaz Sharif has said that 18th Feb would be day of reckoning for despotic forces.
Addressing a public gathering at Attock, he said that all the heinous sins like deposing the judges of Supreme Court including CJ, illegally and unconstitutionally, martyring thousands of innocent citizens during the Lal Masjid operation, and illegal house arrest of National hero scientist Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan would be reckoned.
He disclosed details of gory treatment he had met through the hands of his captors after the 1999 coup, and lauded the courage of PML (N) candidate from Attock’s constituency of NA-57, Sheikh Aftab Ahmad who faced the Musharraf regime with great courage and fortitude.
He urged the brave masses of Attock to vote-in massively for PML (N), so that the party should be able to reinstate all the deposed judges of Supreme Court and effect the release of great Pakistani scientist Dr. Abdul Qadeer.
He severely criticized President Musharraf, Chaudhry brothers and PML (Q) , and cited aversion of masses for them , so much that they don’t even want the posters of them around their homes.
While claiming pride at the fact that no corruption case has ever been lodged against him, he vowed to take all rectification measures for the Country, Judiciary and Constitution.
