ATTOCK: In another blow to PML-Q candidates, Union Council Nazims, councillors and their hundreds of supporters announced that they would support PPP candidate Shahan Malik for Punjab provincial assembly seat PP-15 during the upcoming elections.

Those who pledged support to Shahan Malik included UC Nazim Sardar Waheed Khan, Nazim UC I Malik Tahir Awan, Nazim UC II Rana Shaukat Ali and councillors Malik Zahid, Haji Ghulam Sarwar, Shehzad, Malik Sher Ahmad, Abid Hanif and woman councillor Saima. While addressing a press conference, Nazim Sardar Waheed, who has been a close ally of District Nazim Attock Tahir Sadiq, criticised the policies of PML- Q.
