Being an unfortunate nation elegizing has become a routine; war on terror has taken pride, culture and civilization away from ill-fated nation. Continuous flow of easy and free money has deprived beneficiaries stuck to values of traditional civilized culture. Aristocrats and autocrats have unending appetite; their stomach is overloaded with gratis ration and changed their attitudes, mammon like Qaroon, ruthless like Pharaoh and immodest like prostitute. Character has reached to lowest degree that humanity has no value in their eyes; crusaders have successfully ruined national heritage of centuries. Is it enlightened moderation to target women and children? So it is ignorance not liberalism.

Let we hypothesize who could be behind murder of a woman (widow and mother of children):

Murder of Hayat ullah Khan has deep links with the recent tragedy of murder of his widow. It is surprising that all characters, links, and tales have matching characteristics, with other crimes which were already in the Supreme Courts and High courts before Martial Law like missing persons, massacre of Lal Masjid and Jamia Hafsa, Massacre of Karachi, Chief Justice humiliation case, abduction of ex. Prime Minister, mysterious aerial attacks on residences of citizens, gunship helicopter attacks, bomb blast in PPP rally at Karachi and previous target killings and state terrorism etc.

Murder of Hayat ullah Khan Shaheed:

  1. Reporter of “daily Ausaf” and photographer for the European Press Photo Agency (EPA), he was abducted by ISI in Mir Ali (North Waziristan) on December 5, 2005 his younger brother Haseen ullah watched helplessly, his main crime was to contradict claims of Pakistani Army’s explanation that a blast caused by explosives located in the house. According to claims of Pakistan Army, NATO is not allowed to take action in Pakistani territory, Hamza Rabia an Arab militant and four others were assassinated with the help of American missile attack on December 1, he filed photos and a story indicating a U.S.-made Hellfire missile fired from a plane or a drone.
  2. Dead body of Hayat ullah Khan Shaheed was found on June 16, 2006 hand cuffed with bullet wounds on head (shot in the back of the head), in the same clothes he wore when he was abducted, in the hilly region of Khaisor (Four kilometers south of Mir Ali). The family was told by hospital workers that Hayat ullah Khan had suffered five or six bullet wounds and that one hand had been manacled in handcuffs typically used by the ISI.
  3. Ehsan ullah Khan said his family; too frightened to go to the marketplace to retrieve the body, saw it only later when it was prepared for burial. Ehsan ullah Khan his brother believes that an intelligence agency was involved in his murder, he further informed that Taliban assured their family that neither have they had any enmity with Hayat Ullah Khan nor they abducted him. Mike Spangler US Consul in Peshawar denied on May 10, any involvement in the disappearance. He said that North Waziristan chief administrator Zaheerul Islam told him a week ago that Hayatullah’s family would get “good news” about him by June 20. Sailab Mehsud, president of the Tribal Union of Journalists, was blunt in assessing the government’s role in the slaying: “We know that the government had a hand in this. A message has been sent that we should stop doing our work. For us, the post-Hayat period will only be more dangerous.”
  4. On June 16 at 4:40 p.m. a Pakistani intelligence officer identifying himself as Major Kamal called at Hayat Ullah Khan’s home phone and informed that his body had been dumped in Miran Shah’s marketplace. The officer said, his responsibility to the family had ended.
  5. He had been flown to the military base at Rawalpindi and then detained in Kohat air base. Ehsan ullah brother of Hayat Ullah Khan said that Zaheer ul Islam, a regional government agent, summoned family members on May 15 to say that the journalist was at the U.S air base (Bagram in Afghanistan) and the situation was out of his hands.
  6. In November 2005, a few weeks before disappearing, a military intelligence major in Miran Shah warned him “to leave his profession or leave Waziristan or accept the government’s political policies,” another brother, Ehsan ullah, recalled. “On the night of November 27,” he told CPJ, “Hayat ullah passed his will to his tribe and explicitly stated, ’If I am kidnapped or get killed, the government agencies will be responsible.’
  7. He was arrested by US forces on July 03, 2002 when he was covering in the course of his professional duties in the border region. His two guides and a driver including him were detained and accused of being informants for terrorist organisations, interrogated by US and UK personnel. The only evidence against him was a diary with names and phone numbers of influencial peoples of the area. During the interrogation, US soldiers to repeatedly threatened him “prepare to die”. On July 7 when they released from detention, Pakistan Army detained them with falls accusations.
  8. Pakistani Army also harassed him in 2003 when he wrote about the misuse of army vehicles in Mir Ali.
  9. The incident of this murder leads one to believe that he was abducted and killed by the local security agencies, most probably with the stamp of approval of the US. After much protestation and boycott of Assembly proceedings by the journalists, the Prime Minister announced that a judicial investigation. The commission consist of Justice Muhammad Raza Khan of the Peshawar High Court to ascertain the causes of murder of Hayatullah Khan and correctness of allegations regarding the aforesaid murder and to identify the person or persons responsible for the mischief. The question arises, does the Peshawar High Court have jurisdiction over FATA? Why was the case not forwarded to the Supreme Court? (Is it because the SC being the apex court would be able to summon the ISI officials in order to investigate the case and if they fail to appear in front of the SC, it would be one of the worst instances of the Constitution’s violations?) SC on took suo motu notice of his killing. Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry called for comments from NWFP chief secretary on this count at the earliest possible, but no later than June 30.
  10. Document - “Killing of journalists”: The document “Killing of journalists” was made public after a meeting between Interior Secretary Syed Kamal Shah and a delegation of the International Federation of Journalists in Islamabad on February 24. Ehsan ullah Khan said that we totally reject it and call upon the government to make public reports of the judicial commission and two departmental inquiries,” The document, obtained by International Mission, added that a Pushto leaflet was circulated in Miranshah bazaar a day following the killing of Hayat ullah, Ehsan ullah said tribesman Rahim Jan who distributed the leaflets had been arrested and had confessed that “a security agency paid him for distribution of the leaflets to mislead people”.
  11. Justice Muhammad Raza Khan submitted a 30-page report to the government in August 2006 along with 50 pages of supporting documentation, said officials. His recommendation for further probes was necessitated by the fact that his jurisdiction did not extend to the scene of the crime in the tribal areas.
  12. Islamabad committed to making the judicial findings public but the report never saw the light of day. The inquiry report said the government’s alleged involvement was the suspected reason for their discontinuing all contact with Hayat ullah’s family and the probable explanation for why no government official attended his funeral, according to officials.
  13. The judicial inquiry findings said, “Some army officers contacted Hayat ullah’s brother to congratulate him, saying Hayat ullah would return home soon. We (the commission) could not get hold of the telephone numbers because calls from the army telephone exchange cannot be detected on CLI. There has been lukewarm support for the inquiry from the army.”
  14. Justice Khan demanded that the government recognize Hayat ullah’s humanitarian services, particularly his constructing a school in the area, and also urged the government to hold a memorial to recognize his services to journalism in such a hostile environment.
  15. Targeting of family members of other journalists:
The IFJ reported the murder of the child brother of slain journalist Hayat ullah Khan on
September 26, 2006. Bashir Khan’s murder was allegedly a message to his family, who had been active in trying to expose Hayatullah Khan’s killers. On August 31, 2006, the IFJ reported the murder of BBC correspondent Dilawar Wazir’s teenage brother in South Waziristan, a tribal-ruled region along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border. According to the PFUJ, the murder of 16-year-old Taimur Khan may have been a message to Dilawar who had been under threat for his reporting for the past two years.

Cold blooded murder of a woman, widow and mother of children is admonition for all those peoples who are in support of a fascist gang, whether peoples have not noticed that present generals are worst in nature then vultures, coward like jackals, greedy like dogs and ass holes for nation.

On the name of liberalism and moderation different groups were used and then thrown away, Gujrat mafia was used and later at the time of oath taking ceremony of care taker government, those were not allowed to enter inside room.

Today Supreme Courts have been high jacked, nuclear arsenals have been sold to US, and Kashmir is gone for ever. On eastern borders from Bahawalpur to Lahore more then 1, 40,000 (one third of total strength) troops have been shifted, many strategic points have been kept open for India and RAW is busy in collecting information (is it not matter of sorrow that names of displaced officers, regiments and fresh location is available to strategic enemies). Army Chief, Vice Army Chief, Joint Chief, ISI Chief and all major players of this government are waging tails like a dog in front of third category bureaucrats of crusaders.

Blast kills slain reporter’s widow

MIRAMSHAH, Nov 17: The widow of slain tribal journalist Hayatullah Khan Dawar was killed when a bomb exploded in her house in North Waziristan’s Hurmaz village on Saturday night, family sources said.
The woman was sleeping in the upper storey of the house along with her three children when the bomb exploded. She died on the spot while her children remained unhurt.
He said the explosive device placed beneath the floor of the room where the widow was sleeping had been set off by remote-control.

He said his family had been receiving threats after the death of his brother and they had informed the federal ministry of information and the agency’s political administration about it.
Kidnapped in December 2005, Hayatullah Dawar’s body was found near his village in June 2006.
His disappearance and brutal murder still remain a mystery. A judicial inquiry had been conducted to know the reasons for his killing, but the findings have not been disclosed. Pro-Taliban militants in the region had denied any role in Mr Hayatullah’s killing

Conclusion: Culprits are known, there is no need to search cold blooded murderers, abductors and criminals. Chief Justice, Justice Iftikhar Muhammed Chaudhry and other Judges who refused to join hand with criminals reached to fact that a few politicians and government servants are involved in state terrorism, target killings, abductions and corruption. Those all criminals were going to be exposed in public that is why Chief Justice and other honest judges are in confinement, corrupt and thugs are sitting on bench.

Today judiciary, journalists, lawyers, political workers and ordinary citizens are under severe brutalities of Pakistan Army. Remember any citizen or leader who will join criminals, their fate will not be different from all those peoples who were torch bearer of so called liberalism and moderation and today under victimization. Kick fascist gang once for all. Sad demise of murder of widow of Hayat ullah Khan must be taken serious, all journalists, lawyers, human rights activists, politicians and general public must raise their voice, killers are known and their motive is also clear, please think about orphan children and impishness of pimps of crusaders.
