People of Pakistan are in grip of an exploitive group. This grip is being further tightened with the passage of time.
None is visible on the political horizon that can liberate poor people from this oppressive rule.
The rulers claim they are fighting war against terrorism and extremism. But no one realizes what terror and discriminatory treatment is being meted out to people at lower level. Agents and sub-agents of the group are spread through out the country down to district, tehsil and police station level. They are no less than terrorists and extremists in their conduct and behavior towards general public.
Local administration including police and revenue department is under their influence. With their connivance and protection, police register false cases against innocent citizens who are not on the side of these agents. Police torture them in police stations and until their palms are not greased Challan of inmates under custody are not completed. Thereafter, their cases are sent to courts where they continue suffering in term of loss of time and hard earned money for long periods till the cases reach final disposal.
Likewise revenue department is highly corrupt. Its lower staff like Patwari and Garsawar with collusion of these agents changes entries in revenue record fraudulently with impunity. They also deliberately neglect to keep records updated. Because of this criminal attitude on their part, poor farmers with small land holding have to initiate litigation either in revenue courts or civil courts. Trials of such cases prolong for generations and promises of speedy justice at door step made by every coming government are never fulfilled.
All jobs in government and semi government are reserved for agents or subagents of the group. There is no merit policy for them. Recruitment of Tehsidars, Police officials, clerks and class IV servants is example of this. Even higher posts are filled on intercession of high-ups. Same situation prevails in every public department.
Group's agents have penetrated in every institution of the country including armed forces. Even Tablighi Jamat is not exclusive.
The group's members sitting in drawing rooms keep on intriguing and planning to change government's head. When they feel civil government has failed they will approach generals and invite them to take over government. Generals get allured and with an ambition to ensure stabilization and integrity of the country they take over the power through coup.
In order to validate such extra constitutional action, they under compulsion invite members of the group to join them. This is opportune moments for the members to make bargain with military ruler who by then is on the verge of accepting their demands for giving them and their agents' ministries, high public offices and export/import licenses.
For promotion of their interests, they even do not care to beg foreign powers to support them for power sharing.
This process keeps on rotating at the cost of masses. The group brought Ayub, made him Field Marshal and then president. Group's members close to him finally pressed him to leave with insult. He passed rest of the life in isolation.
Then Yahya came on the scene. The exploitive group confused him and East Pakistan was changed into Bangladesh.
Then turn of General Zia came. He was sent to meet God because for his preaching Aiman, Taqwa and Jihad.
Now General Musharraf is on the scene. People were jubilant when he took over the government. They distributed sweets and a strong hope for their liberation from the grip of exploitive group emanated in them. But gradually exploitive group surrounded the general with their ulterior motives. Now the general can't use his own mind and initiative. He has to act as palace intriguers advise him. He is not in a position to annoy them for escaping punishment for breaking oath for defending the constitution that he took on passing out parade at PMA Kakul.
Civil rulers also met the same fate. They are now abroad living luxurious lives with the wealth they smuggled out when in power.
Members of exploitive group are not sincere to people. They are well organized and even army generals get played in their hands. They are number one enemy of virtue. They are parasite sucking blood of people. Only some charisma can play to loose their grip on the neck of people.
