Residents complain against telephone department PindiGheb
PINDIGHEB: Residents of Pindi Gheb have expressed their deep concern over the poor performance of Telephone Department Pindi Gheb. According to details, subscribers alleged the staff of telephone department for delaying tactics in provision of new telephone connections. While complaining they said that they have moved several complaints in the office of concerned authorities to resolve the problems but they have turned deaf ears towards our problems. "We have submitted applications for new connections since long but no action has been taken so far', a government employee said. The residents of the area expressed by saying that they were fed up with the attitude and delaying policy of telephone department towards provision of new connections. "We have moved several complaints in the office of the concerned authorities to remove technical faults but they are not paying attention towards this matter as well", an old lady said. Consumers disclosed that these problems have not only Districturbing the routine life of citizens but also creating inconvenience for them as they are cut of from the whole world. They demanded high-ups of the concerned department to take immediate steps regarding provision of new connections removal of technical faults from the lines.
