Patwari halqa Fateh Jang arrested for corruption
Fateh Jang: Anti-Corruption Establishment has arrested a Patwari red-handed for taking Rs. 10,000/- as bribe for transfer of property. Mujeeb-ur-Rehman, a resident of Rawalpindi lodged a complaint to Anti-Corruption Office Rawalpindi that he is owner of 30 kanal land located at Gulial area, Tehsil Fateh Jang, District Attock while Mr. Javaid, Patwari Halqa Fateh Jang is demanding Rs. 1000/- per kanal for its transferring in his name. Sabtain Kazmi, Assistant Director ACE Rawalpindi was given task to arrest patwari red-handed. Assistant Director ACE evolved a plan and conducted raid along with Ameer Mukhtar Gondal, Civil Judge. The raiding team arrested Mr. Javaid patwari Halqa Fateh Jang red-handed when he was taking Rs. 10,000/- from Mujeeb-ur-Rehman as gratification. Raiding team recovered the amount and sent him to lockup for further investigations.
