TMA fails to remove garbage from city
FATEH JANG: The Tehsil Municipal Administration, Fateh Jang has failed to keep the city clean and dispose of heaps of garbage causing traffic problems and diseases. This was stated by UC Nazim Fateh Jang (West) Haji Manzoor Hussain here. He said that the filth depots were jam-packed and the garbage was spreading on the city roads. He said that the sanitation staff lifted the garbage once a month. He said the heaps of garbage were the sanctuaries of mosquitoes. He feared outbreak of dengue fever if the dumps of garbage were not removed. Veterinary hospital needs attention: The veterinary hospital in Tehsil Fateh Jang is in a shabby condition inviting the attention of the authorities concerned. Most of the shades and rooms constructed for animals have broken and caved in and external walls have fallen at several points. It has been learnt that the breeding animals in the hospital are missing since long and the staff is oblivious to it. The farmers said that they had so far taken no benefit of the hospital. They said that medicines available in the hospital were used by the doctors in their private clinics. They demanded of the authorities concerned to pay heed to their request, reconstruct and renovate the hospital for the welfare of the tehsil.
