4 smugglers arrested

JAND: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) held three people including a woman in Jand town of Attock district after recovering four kilogrammes of heroin from their possession at an ex-excise picket. The smugglers, identified as Bashir Ahmad, Rafaqat Shah and Zakia Begum, were on their way to Rawalpindi from Kohat in a van. All the three were later booked under Section 9(C) of the Control of Narcotics Substance Act 1997.
