HAZRO, June 11 (APP): Minister of State for Environment Malik Amin Aslam has welcomed the federal budget 2007-08 and termed it people-friendly. Talking to APP here Monday, he said the budget would help provide relief to common man, foster inter-provincial harmony, ensure better utilisation of resources and strengthen the country's solidarity.
The Environment Minister said that budget 2007-08 indicates stability of country's economy. He said raise in salaries, pension and provision of edible goods at controlled rates at utility stores is commendable measures taken by the government.
On the occasion, he said that billion of rupees have been allocated for different development projects in the country that would bring revolution in the life style of common man.
Amin Aslam said people of all segments of society will benefit from the policies announced in the budget.
