Residents resent water shortage
ATTOCK: Hundreds of people have expressed concern over acute water shortage here in the city, since last many days. According to details, several inhabitants of the GHF and R. Block have expressed concern over the poor supply of water. The water being supplied by TMA often comes for 20 minutes and it does not fulfill the requirement of the inhabitants. They said that some of the privilege section of the society buy water tankers from TMA while poor people cannot afford it. Similarly, they said that despite several complaints, the staffers and Incharge of the Tehsil Municipal Administration have not paid heed to the issue. The public circles have demanded Tehsil Administration to ensure smooth flow of drinking water.
