Underage drivers violate traffic rules

KAMRA: Underage drivers are openly driving vehicles in Attock Kamra and surrounding areas. According to details, youngsters of influential families are violating traffic rules by driving new cars without formal licence. On the other hand, youngsters who are less than 18 years old are driving vehicles recklessly thus making a mockery of traffic norms in Kamra and surrounding areas. Public circles have urged high ups of traffic police to take notice of traffic violations, as they (Traffic police) have just become a silent spectator.
