Contract lecturers demand salaries
ATTOCK: The contract lecturers including male and female have been deprived of salaries for the last few months. Dozens of contract lecturers in the colleges of district Attock have not received any salary since July 2006. A group of these lecturers told Online that they had been teaching in the colleges for the sake of the students to save their future from darkness. They said that they were hand to mouth, as some of them were the sole guardians of their families. The lecturers and their parents have demanded of the district Nazim Attock, Major Tahir Sadiq to protect them from starvation and release orders of payment of their salaries.
