Six more patients of dengue fever detected
 

ATTOCK: Six more patients of dengue fever detected from Basal village as their blood tests were found positive.

According to District Headquarters Hospital sources, blood samples of 18 more suspected patients of dengue fever hailing from Basal area, were despatched to National Institute of Health (NIH) Islamabad for laboratory tests. Out of which, tests of six patients including Farhad Ali Basal, Usman, Bibi Malika Nasreen, Nawazish, Amir Sultan and Sheraz Ahmed were found positive.

The infected patients of dengue virus have been admitted and

kept in different wards of the hospital to avoid spread of infection to others.
 

Earlier, two female patients of dengue fever had been admitted in the hospital and after their recovery, they were discharged from the hospital.
