Attock: District Coordination Officer (DCO) Capt. (R) Saqib Zafar
has said that flour (atta) was being sold at Rs 300 per bag in the
district. Talking to journalists here Sunday, he said that atta is
being sold at all prominent sites of the Tehsil and at fair price
shops. He told 1920 bags to Tehsil
Attock, 900 Hasanabadal and Hazro
each, 720 Fateh Jang, 680 Pindi Gheb and 560 to Jund are being supplied
on daily basis. He further said that quality of the atta being supplied
during Ramzan-ul-Mubarak is fine while in this subsidize rate
contribution of flour mills is 70% and government is 30%. He said that
ex-mill rate of the bag is Rs 290 while it is being at Rs 300, which
would continue during this holy month.
