I wonder why did not the court call the DPO? It is pretty obvious that he holds the sole responsibility of any action taken by the district police...
It is further clarified from the stance of the SHO in the court.....
Is it practical for a junior to demand for written version of every order passed by seniors? i seriously doubt...and surprised to see that the judge is unaware of the real life situations.
