Denial of the rights of "missing person
Detention without court order is a debatable point here. But the combative mood of the Chief Justice, combined with his refusal to hear the case against these ‘missing’ persons, leaves no room to doubt that his hard line has more to do with politics than with judiciary

Only Attock News is likely to publish such sort of views considering that Prime Minister was elected from Attock City. It is biggest crime, inhumane and shear barbaric that citizens of Pakistan had been arrrested without giving them any right to defend themselves or without the knowledge of their wherabouts. None of the civilised or democratic country could justify such illegal actions. The SC of Pakistan is shouldering their legal and moral responsibility to ask the Govt. about these missing persons. Look, anyone, living in western Societies will salute to the courage and ethic of SC. It shall bring Pakistan in international repute.
