I m surprised that why my area people supported CH PERVAIZ instead of MALIK SOHAIL even he belongs to ATTOCK 58 , i don,t know that y my area people r so irresponsible even they know that CH PERVAIZ is not even belong to their district so how he will solve our problems , i m sure that he did not know the correct name of our area but our innocent people have selected him . overall in punjab all area neglect the last government but our area still love these bloody terrorist , i pray to my GOD that plz help us to diffrentiate b/t right and wrong .

My dear Pakistani brothers, sisters, younger and elders. I don’t remember the name of poet but what is said by the poet, is really highly considerable. AB TOW KEHTAY HAIN KAY MERGAINGAY MER KAY BE CHAIN NA PAYA TOW KIDER JAINGAY Today every Pakistani is hopeful that if Allah Almighty willing, after election the situation in our country will come to normal and once again every one will breath with safety and security. Every one will have peace of mind and once again life will come to the track, which I would say that presently the life is totally paralyzed and systems are derailed from their tracks. The solution to above situation in Pakistan is possible, provided our political leadership prove their sensibility and sincerity with country. If elections are not conducted fair and transparent or parties do not agree on the polls result, Or after election a strong democratic government is not formed up then what will happen . ???? We can not just leave our country at the mercy of intruders who are waiting and looking forward to grab a chance for destabilizing our country. Therefore, let us step out for polls with rising sun of 18th February and mark a day for the Islamic democratic Pakistan. Dear and respectable elders, younger, brothers and sisters. We have only option of fair and transparent election. Let us take advantage of this moment and elect fair and sincere leadership for our country. We can not afford Marshal Law every now and then. We must say BIG NO to military leadership in the future. Let us hope for the best and pray to Almighty Allah to shower his blessings on our country and to give strength, courage and sense of patriotism to our future leadership as to take out the country from existing crisis. Dear Doctor Glad to hear from you. I am servijng here in Saudi Arabia. I really appreciate your feelings for ours poor District Attock. I am from Railway station Injra of Tehsil Jand. Attock is one of oldest city but still it is not developed. Lake of industries pushes poor people to leave their homes in search of jobs. I assuare you sir, that right from Attock to Peshawar -- Attock --to --Multan and Attock --to Lahore there are no chances for Attockonian to find jobs. We have Allah's blessing in Dhakni Oil fields but there also no one care to provide job what to talk of providing Gas facility for the people of Tehsil Jand. This is all because of our kind political leadership. I look forward to hear comments from you and other memebers of this forum. Thanks and regard to every body on this page.

Attockonian Global Village
I truely admire and appreciate for launching a great site for Attockonians living all over the globe. Now we can share our stories and golden memories with our friends. I have been in Attock college around 1979-83 and would love to hear from an attockonian from that golden era of Attock College. Chugh te pugh te lamdheeng de puttar tha. te aaloo tha. Only an attockonian can understand this language of mine. Attock is a great district of historical, cultural and literary value. Attock college used to be only no 2 to Govt College Lahore and students from as far as Gujrat and Talagang come to study here. I just published one article about my great Urdu teacher Dr. Saadullah Khan Kaleem, unfortunately verses (sheir) got mixed up, it's hard to write urdu poetry in English. I will try to write it in Urdu and publish it in a photo format. I would love to write more about my beloved college Attock. Other than Kaleem Sb, I would like to mention the great names of our hostel warden and later on Principal Prof, M. Afzal Sb, Prof. Anwar Jalal Sb, Prof. Qazi Wajahat Ashraf, Prof. Azizur Rahman.

Salam, I am the eldest son of the late Abdullah Hakim Khan of Adalzai brother of the late Yaqub Khan and the late Sanghi Khan. I live in North Wales which is part of the UK. I have six other brothers and sisters. My brothers are Mohaamed hassan khan and Aly Akbar Khan. My sisters are Zetoon Zenham Khan, Fatima Bebe Khan, Khadeja Khan and Ameina Khan. We were all born in the UK. My father married my mother, a welsh woman called Lorna and my uncle Yaqub married my mothers sister, her name is Rose. There are at least 15 children from this and about 30 grandchildren now. I still have family in Adalzai. If anybody has their address please put the information on this site and I will access it. Please give all my relations in Adazai my salam and tell them I always think about them. I have never been to Pakistan or met any of my relations there. however, in 1970 Aly, Hassan, Khadeja and Ameina went to live for a while in Adazai. It is important to me to have a contact address because I want to send photgrahs to my relations in Adalzai. I have a cousin call Isa Khan and others but I have forgotten their names. If anybody can help me o acheive this I would be extremely grateful if this message could be passed onto them. I am a Health and Safety manager in the constuction industry and am setting up a training academy for oversee workers who want to come to the UK to work . I am also consideringsetting up a branch in Attock if anybody is interested. The criteria is that any person wishing to be included must be able to read and write in English. This could be a very profitable opportunity for people who are up to the job. I will be able to provide support to set up a training branch in and around Attock. Salam, when GEO is closed, it was expected that Attock news will give updated news especially about Attock that who has submitted the nomination papers and who are given party tickets in Attock for next coming election but we overseas Pakistanis are disappointed. plz make sure to update ur website daily during election days so that we remain in touch with Attock. thanx a lot

dear fellows ! salam to all of you. i introduce myself in few words that my name is sardar asif ali, now i am living in VINICE which is the most historic and cultural city of ITALY . the marvelous country of euorope. i made my initial education in attock and then after completing my masters degree in computer sciences i did a job as research assistant in JF-17 project in PAC kamra for two years. the job did not satisfied me as wel the pakistan itself is house of probleMS so i decied to go abroad and applied through proper legal channel, fortunately i got the work visa for italy. now i am doing job in interantional firm in VENICE, i am also studying advance course of networks enginering from the university of venice . life is so good here, but the memories of ATTOCK makes me some time very sad. but its a life and on the other hand its my own selection. i am planning to visit pakistan for next year. its much good effort of all of you to create such a good site for this city. it was also my dream to make a marvelous site for attck but nature did not gave me a time. but its very nice to see such site. have a nice time a slam to all. I am from attock but living in Minnesota, USA for last 20 years. My parents and brother are in Texas but all other memebers are still in Attock. Yesterday my Mamu (Rear Admiral Tahir Wasim, and Amjad Saeed) died in a car crash. So still in the state of shock but its great that you have created this site. Keep up the good work and if any one can say SALAM to my chachoos "Sheikh Aftab" and "Azadar Hussain Shah". They are my dad's best friend and great people. LOVE YOU ATTOCK and miss the streets and the grounds where we use to play cricket and marbles. Attock Public School: I was part of the first batch that came out. Good times. May Allah bless you guys with happiness.

Sher-e-Attock
Rear Admiral Tahir Wasim sudden death has shocked every one. Not only that he was my mamu but due to the fact that how hard he worked to get to the level of Rear Admiral. He is an inspiration not only for my family but for all Pakistanis who have dreams to serve their country. Rear Admiral Tahir Wasim will be remembered forever who sacrificed his life to save the life of another human being (motor cyclist). May Allah Bless him and his brother Amjad Saeed with Jannat and give strength to our family.
