FATEH JHANG (Online): The Traffic Police Fateh Jhang has challaned 300 vehicles and imposed fine during an on-going campaign against traffic rules violation. The Traffic Police under the supervision of Traffic Circle Incharge Fateh Jang, Inspector Akhtar Baig took the action against vehicles plying on the roads with out driving license, involved in rash driving, smoke emitting vehicles and other violations. The traffic police challaned 300 vehicles and deposited huge amount in the national exchequer. The police has also fined under-aged Rickshaw drivers and impounded 15 rickshaws. Besides Inspector Akhtar Baig, Ikram Ullah Khan Niazi.
HAZRO (Online): One child was killed due to pneumonia as temperature dropped immensely owing to the current spell of rain in Hazro. In the suburb area of Kaloklan, a child was killed due to pneumonia while high temperature was also observed in Chach. Cases of pneumonia have been reported in a great number in the suburb areas of Hazro after the severe cold weather. The recent cold wave has been increased after the continuous three days of rain. Meanwhile people have been advised to adopt precautionary measures and wear wollen clothes as the cold weather is expected to rise.
ATTOCK KURD: Jand Police have registered First Information Report (FIR) against five persons including a woman in the abduction of fourteen years old Girl in the area of Fateh Jang .
According to details, Mehboob Jan W/o Mohammad Saleem told that last day she went to the market for shopping along with her husband and left her fourteen years old daughter inside house and locked the house from outside. When we returned the door was already unlocked and our daughter disappeared, she maintained. She alleged that Mehmood Iqbal, Zaffar Iqbal, Khan Gull, Iqbal and Zulnazoo Khan Gull kidnapped her daughter .
Police have registered the kidnapped case against culprits and starting searching of the girl.
HASANABDAL: Unannounced load shedding has made the lives of people residing in Hasanabdal and surrounding areas miserable since last many days. According to details, people living in Hasanabdal have complained a number of times for unremitting load shedding without any prior notice. They were of the view that there is a power breakdown for five straight hours and sometimes there is no lights for more than six hours thus the business activities are on a slow side. The authorities concerned in their justification added that due to recent rains, wiring has been damaged and hopefully it will be repaired in a few days.
PINDI GHEB: Tehsil Nazim Malik Liaqat Ali Khan has said that the construction of TMA Plaza would not only enhance the beatification of the city but also increase revenue. Talking to reporters here on the inauguration of TMA Plaza, the Tehsil Nazim said that the plaza would be completed in 6 months with the total cost of Rs. 25 million. Highlighting the achievements of the District Governments, Malik Liaqat Ali Khan said that the local bodies governments are playing pivotal role in resolving the problems of masses. He said that if the pace of work would continue then all far-flung areas would also develop at per with the developed areas.
