ali08	with the passage of time possition of Mr. wasim become stronger 2 stronger. he is standing on victory stand. this seat of PMLQ is 100% confirmed.
Adonis	Quite a few things have changed in the last one month and Waseem Gulzar\'s victory is no more certain. The contest is really tight now beteen q-league and PPP. The victory margin is expected to be less than 5,000 votes.
Adonis	Asif Malik is the PML(N)n candidate this time while PPP has fielded Sardar Salim Hyder. Ch. Waseem Gulzar, husband of Eman Waseem is the PML(Q) candidate. Asif Ali Malik is the ex-mpa of 1997 but is not considered a particularly strong candidate. Q league won by 24,000 votes from here last time. Although there is negative sentiment against q league this time around, still it has teh whole government machinery behind it. PPP candidate is unlikely to poll more votes than PPP polled from here last time. If PML(N) had put forard a stronger candidate then this seat would have come into play, but so far PML(Q) sems poised to win from here though with much reduced margin. RESULT: PML(Q) victory.

Ali Hassan	Asif Ali Malik of PML-N, Sardar Salim Haider of PPP and Wasim Gulzar of PML-Q are up against each other for this seat. Eman Wasim secured the seat in the 2002 elections defeating her rivals Sardar Shaukat Hayat Khan of PPPP and Lt Col (r) Muhammad Pervez Khan of PML-N. This constituency comprises Hassanabdal and Fateh Jang tehsils and some parts of Sanjwal Cant and Burhan. Former PM Shaukat Aziz secured this seat in 2002 by-polls with an overwhelming majority after Eman Wasim vacated it. Earlier, there were speculations that former premier will once again the contest this constituency but he has opted out of this election race. This time, the PML-Q has awarded, party ticket to Wasim Gulzar, husband of Eman Wasim.
