Can anyone please tell me why people of Attock who reside in UK, just go to Pakistan and buy 50/60 lakh rupees bungalows in Attock or build houses in Tajak, Waisa, Ghoughushti etc and then leave them empty when they return to UK.

Why dont they spend this amount of money to start some business, open a factoryetc to make things and employ local people. This will in turn encourage other people to do the same and make Attock and hence make it a prosperous area for all.

Do people agree with meor not. What else can be done to make Attock more prosperous?

I guess starting new business need lots of guts and there are couple of things involved, first of all business need owner’s full attention and experience. Even if you start new business and left it on some trusty relatives but still if they loose their interest you will loose your money. I feel investing in property is hot in Pakistan as its only one time investment. Even if you don’t put your house on rent still you can wait till prices in that particular area will rise.

i think u r idea is wounderful and meanful but built a house is not bussines.create a job is a bussiness.:

I will call it a rat race, my house is bigger then yours.

I agree with you they should invest their money in other means.
