I need to draw your attention over a very grave issue of instable CNG prices through out the country, I have already agitated the matter before the Honourable Lahore High Court, whre the Honourable Chief Justice has issued notices to the Chief Secretary Punjab and sought parawise comments from all the respondents 9 in number. the national media has also highligted the matter in its 15th July 2008, publication. I would like to seek your kindness in a similar issue, if you are interested in claiming damages from the CNG filling Stations of your area, kindly send me receipts of the CNG you fill in your vehicle, I assure you that under the Punjab Consumer of Protect Act of 1995, you are eligible to claim it, as the Filling Stations are overcharging at least Rs. 4+ per every single KG, for which they have no legal authority .
Be kind to me and send me receipts, lets challenge this status quo of our system and take a step to a journey of thousand miles that will bring awareness to our rights and prosperity to our fellow brethren.
